• preservation of MailPay.io’s reputation and infrastructure
This AUP helps MailPay.io administrators evaluate complaints, investigate suspicious activity, and determine when action should be taken.

ACCESS TO MAILPAY.IO SERVICES IS PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
Unacceptable Conduct
The types of conduct described below may result in immediate suspension of services pending investigation, and may ultimately result in termination of accounts or agreements associated with the violating party.
Account holders are responsible for the actions of any partners, vendors, affiliates, contractors, or other third parties operating on their behalf.
Clients must cooperate with MailPay.io to ensure compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy.
If a client or their associated partners violate these policies, MailPay.io may require the client to immediately cease the activity or terminate the business relationship responsible for the violation.
Repeated or serious violations may result in termination of the client’s account or access to services.

1. Spam or Abusive Messaging
The sending of unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”) is prohibited when using MailPay.io services.
For the purposes of this policy:
• “Unsolicited” means the recipient has not granted verifiable permission to receive the communication.
• “Bulk” means the communication is sent as part of a larger campaign or batch of substantially identical messages.
An electronic message may be considered spam if:
• the message is sent to recipients without verifiable consent; and
• the message is distributed to multiple recipients in substantially identical form.
Examples of prohibited conduct include:
• sending unsolicited mass email messages
• sending communications to purchased or scraped email lists without consent
• sending messages designed to harass or overwhelm recipients
• engaging in “mail bombing” or excessive message sending
• impersonating another individual or falsifying sender identity
• falsifying domain, routing, or sender information
MailPay.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if spam complaints, abuse reports, or deliverability violations occur.

Prohibited activities include:
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• distributing malicious software or harmful code
• using services for illegal activities
Any activity that violates local, national, or international law is strictly prohibited.

Clients must provide clear and accurate disclosures where required.

• distributing unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or threatening material
• attempting to circumvent platform safeguards or monitoring systems

Clients using MailPay.io services in connection with email lists, subscriber databases, or marketing audiences must ensure that:

• the data was obtained lawfully

MailPay.io does not verify the legality of client-provided data and relies on the representations of its clients.

MailPay.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services if:
• fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
